Sean's Easy PB & Chocolate High Protein Frozen Dessert Treat
Makes one serving
1 frozen banana
1 tsp of cocoa powder
1 scoop of vanilla whey
1 cup of plain yogurt (optional)
1 tsp of peanut butter
1/2 chocolate protein bar of your choice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Pour into a large cup (you may need to spoon it out).
Let freeze for 15 minutes & enjoy!
