1/2 banana, frozen
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 handful baby spinach
1 packet stevia or 1 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp flax seeds *optional, if you need some more healthy fat in your daily macros. Flax is also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, whichhave been shown to improve your mood, as well as the health of your heart, skin, hair, eyes and brain.
