Nutritionist-Approved! Maca Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Fudge Recipe

Here's a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan fudge recipe that our BodyRock Nutritionist Laura (@gowithyourgut on Instagram) whipped up for BodyRock’s Instagram following. 

Not only is this vegan fudge healthy and free of the processed sugars, but it is packed with anti-oxidants.

Maca Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Fudge Recipe


Ingredients:⁠

1/4 cup of hazelnut butter⁠

1/4 cup of raw cacao⁠

1 cup of cashews ⁠

1 tbsp of Maca powder ⁠

Half a can of full-fat coconut milk⁠

Instructions:⁠

  1. Place all ingredients in a high power blender and give it a whirl. Make sure it is smooth and creamy.⁠
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour into loaf pan and top with your nuts of choice. Freeze 3-4 hours.⁠
  3. Slice into squares and enjoy!⁠
