Nutritionist-Approved! Maca Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Fudge Recipe
Here's a dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan fudge recipe that our BodyRock Nutritionist Laura (@gowithyourgut on Instagram) whipped up for BodyRock’s Instagram following.
Not only is this vegan fudge healthy and free of the processed sugars, but it is packed with anti-oxidants.

Maca Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of hazelnut butter
1/4 cup of raw cacao
1 cup of cashews
1 tbsp of Maca powder
Half a can of full-fat coconut milk
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a high power blender and give it a whirl. Make sure it is smooth and creamy.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour into loaf pan and top with your nuts of choice. Freeze 3-4 hours.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
