Post-Workout Orange Chocolate Energy Balls


Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of rollers oats
  • 1/2 cup of raw walnuts
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of orange zest
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of melted coconut
  • 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp of water
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa nibs 

Instructions:

In a food processor blend together oats and walnuts until it looks like flour.

Add in cocoa powder, orange zest, almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup.

Add 1-2 tsp of water until the dough starts to come together. Add cacao nibs and pulse a few times more when combining. 

Take 1 tsp of dough at a time and turn into balls. Store in fridge in an airtight container for 12-24 hours. Enjoy!
