BodyRock Green Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tbsp MCT or coconut oil
  • 2 tsp raw cacao
  • 1 cup berries of choice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except the cacao and berries together. Pour into a bowl. 
  2. Top with raw cacao and berries.
