BodyRock Green Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tbsp MCT or coconut oil
- 2 tsp raw cacao
- 1 cup berries of choice
- Blend all ingredients except the cacao and berries together. Pour into a bowl.
- Top with raw cacao and berries.
