Rise and shine with this short and sweaty Saturday morning home workout for fat loss! BodyRock Trainer Denetra designed this workout to be as simple as it is effective, so you don't need to overthink your workout plans: just slip into something you can sweat in and press play.

Best of all, this Saturday morning home workout requires NO equipment. Denetra uses a weighted vest since the extra resistance supercharges her caloric burn while also helping to increase her lean muscle mass (which will amp up her metabolic function for hours after her workout), but you don't need the vest to smash this sweat 'sesh.
