A little of this is OK, but if we want to fully embrace peppermint during the holidays, we can't be sucking on peppermint sticks with wild abandon. That's why we're so stoked to have this nutritious and delicious recipe on hand. Our candy cane smoothie recipe is sure to delight your taste buds, while also keeping your healthy diet on-track.

Candy Cane Smoothie

(Makes 2 servings)


You’ll need:

1 cup milk (dairy or nut)

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or, add 1 tsp pure vanilla extract & 1 cup Greek yogurt, if you don't have/don't want protein powder)

1 packet Stevia

2 drops pure peppermint extract

7-10 ice cubes


Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
