Legs and butt, legs and butt….besides “how do I lose my belly fat,” this is the most common question:
“How do I get tighter thighs and better legs overall?”
I love when people ask us this. I mean, on the one hand, the answer is “work out more!” but of course, that’s not a great answer. Everyone knows they should work out more. I think some people believe that if you just do one move like 10 times, and it take like 30 seconds, they’ll have amazing shape to their legs. But here’s the truth:
You need to spend more time on your squats.
Your glutes are your biggest muscles on your body. Your legs are designed to help you run away from predators, climb up trees, and carry you long distances. Humans were nomadic for most of our species’ existence, spending weeks walking and hunting.
If you want somewhere to start to burn fat and build muscle, start with the legs, and start with the most basic thing that your legs were designed to do: lift you up off the ground.

Fight with gravity, add extra resistance, and let your body do what it was designed to do. It’s a wonderful, fat torching system — if you learn how to move correctly and often.
