We’re back in Kingston again today which means the doggies are back home and happy!
So many of you want to lose weight, which is of course the result of working out but you can’t get the shape you want if that is your goal. It will happen, for sure. If you are working out, you will lose body fat.
But you basically need to have a different goal in your head, and that goal should be to build muscle. After you lose the fat, you are left with muscle so you may as well just focus on building that up and the rest will happen.
And eat!! There are people who think, “Oh, I’ll just go on the treadmill eat 2 meals a day and have an awesome ass,” but that is not how it works. You need to do HIIT, you need to lift to your max that you can. And you need to give your body something to work with so that when you lose the fat, you will see the shape of the muscle that you were building.
So loads of chicken, fish, and greens, and a healthy fibre, low carb diet. You need your daily calories to be high (1200-1500) to build muscle which will in turn lose weight and create amazing, sexy shape to your body.
