Hi BodyRockers,

Just in time for those days you need a chocolate fix!

 

Ingredients

For the chocolate:
– 1 avocado
– 2 tbp pure cocoa powder
– 4-5 dates
– 2 tsp of brown sugar
.

Mix all together in a blender until you have a smooth consistency (add water if necessary)

For the yogurt:
– 1 Greek yogurt
– 1 tbp of shredded coconut
– 1 tsp of vanilla essence
– cinnamon powdered to taste
– clove powdered to taste
.

Stir with a spoon until all incorporated.
.

Directions:

Layer all of the above as you wish.

I used strawberries and poppy seeds to garnish.

It also goes very well with banana topped with cinnamon.
