I love this book very informative. I am currently doing Sean beginner workouts once I am done I plan on doing his fast and furiously workouts.

Awesome

Great tips and recipes. I like that it is informal and gives a raw info without a lot of over the top science, while still including the science. So far IF is the only thing that is working for me….hope i am not jinxing it.

Overall great

Great information to start fasting! It would be helpful to really outline what key differences are for men/women in the recipes and also lay out the macros in the recipes as well as the calories. By FAR, these are the greatest tasting meals I have ever had on any kind of recommended lifestyle change/diet plan. I am a person of routine and will literally eat these foods every day forever if I can be assured I'm not overeating outside my calorie window to 'lose' or 'maintain', especially if I fast to OMAD some days. I'd love to see a companion book of just meals too- you guys are killing it with this concept and plan, and I have finally found something that has worked for me. Thank you!

We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA & Canada via expedited or standard shipping with our partners at UPS. Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
